We’re beyond excited to share that Spooky Hollow Storytellers will be bringing myth, folklore, and eerie old-world magic to the 2026 Richmond Renaissance Faire this spring! Step into the Hollow and let the myths take hold among revelers at this one-of-a-kind celebration of craft, performance, and imagination.
Hosted by Virago Alley at Dorey Park in Henrico, Virginia, the Richmond Renaissance Faire runs April 18–19, 2026, from 10 AM to 6 PM both days. This grassroots festival brings together local performers, artisans, merchants, storytellers, combat sports, equestrian displays, roaming characters, and so much more across 13 acres of immersive fun rooted in community spirit and creative expression.
Find us wandering the Faire grounds with ghost tales and whispered legends, rooted in the stories that refuse to die. Whether you’re seeking wandering spirits or whispered legends, our performances will add just the right touch of the uncanny to your Faire experience.

Warriors in Bloom
🌸 Step into history at Warriors In Bloom, a living history event by Virago Alley, the nonprofit behind the Richmond Renaissance Faire! 🌿✨
Hosted on the stunning grounds of Agecroft Hall & Gardens, this immersive celebration honors fierce historical women like Joan of Arc, Tomyris, Rani Durgavati, and Grace O’Malley—icons who defied the odds and shaped the world.
🎭 Enjoy live performances, expert lectures, captivating storytelling, hands-on crafting, and an open-air artisan market. Plus: shop with local vendors, savor historically inspired food, and take part in family-friendly fun in a one-of-a-kind setting where history meets imagination!
